aluderm®-aluplast elastic is a particularly skin-friendly, elastic wound dressing in convenient, individually sealed 10-cm sections for safe and hygienic wound care.

Description

The aluderm®-aluplast wound dressing in sections combines an aluminum-coated aluderm® wound pad with an absorbent nonwoven fabric. The special aluderm® wound pad does not stick to the wound, does not fray, is highly absorbent, breathable, and can support skin regeneration and healing. The elastic backing consists of a highly elastic, white polyester nonwoven fabric that is particularly gentle on the skin, highly breathable, and water-repellent. The polyacrylate adhesive is further activated by body heat, allowing the bandage to adapt optimally to all movements. It is hypoallergenic, non-irritating, and therefore ideal for people with sensitive skin or bandage allergies. Each 10-cm section is individually sealed for hygiene, ensuring convenient dispensing, safe storage, and reliable preservation of the product’s properties. The bandage complies with the DIN 13019 standard and is classified as a Class I medical device.
