Description

The KONTAMedium Needle Collector was specially developed for the reliable disposal of safety products (e.g., puncture-resistant syringes and needles). Thanks to its new, optimized shape and size, even long needles up to 135 mm can be safely contained. The container features a practical pull-out slot for cannulas and syringes, allowing them to be removed and disposed of hygienically without direct contact. A reinforced base effectively prevents cannulas from piercing through, thereby increasing safety for medical staff and users. Made of physiologically safe, impact-resistant, and temperature-resistant polypropylene in a high-visibility yellow color, the container is robust and easily visible. The smooth-operating red sliding closure allows for easy opening and secure closing. After use, the KONTAMedium cannula collector can be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner; incineration leaves no residue.
