Description
The SIRIUS® emergency blanket, measuring 210 x 160 cm, is made of high-vacuum aluminum-coated foil and reflects up to 85% of body heat. This allows it to reduce heat loss through radiation, effectively counteract cooling, and prevent hypothermia. At the same time, it also serves as heat protection by reflecting solar radiation and shielding the body from overheating. The blanket is required for workplace first-aid kits in accordance with DIN 13157 and DIN 13169, as well as for vehicle first-aid kits in accordance with DIN 13164, and should be a standard component of any first-aid kit. It comes in a practical PE pouch that keeps the blanket compact, hygienic, and ready for use. As a Class I medical device, it is specifically designed for use in first aid.
